My name is Windy,from Fresno,ca. I need help,as im helpless here and cant afrofd/ find anyone to help me fight,or see whats going on in family court.my story is an extremely sad one,and i am being denied sooo many of my right,due process,civil rights,parental rights,being made out to be a monster by court mediator,kim day,and CPS worker, nataska Mohair! Judge corona has only been reading the mediators reccommendation- thats it! When clearly,if you read my case,and looked and talked to my 5 year old daughter,Emily,that she has been put with her father,who has an extensive abusive history,and besides trying to get the county to arrest the man who molested my baby,shes now left all alone with the man,her father,who only wants custody because of child support!! Shes in danger,real danger,but nobody will help us! Ive filed numerous complaints,wrote emails to cbs 47 news for help,cps heads wont help me,nor jerry dyer,our police chief,and margaret mims- whose at the forefront of domestic violence,huh! And head of fresno sherriffs dept., who with jerry dyer,have commercials stating,'abuse of any kind,mental abuse is just as bad as physical,but no one will help my child,they have even refused to go do a welfare check on my little girl,saying, everything seemed fine last time wd checked on Emily,and unless you have new information,will not be going out! Are you kidding me? I feel like its my family and I fighting the world to save my daughter! Shes already been Sexually abused and their not arresting him,now shes suffering mental,extreme mental and physical abuse at her dads hand,and 1 court mediator,cps worker!! This is a travesty! Please,can anyone help me save my child and tell me how to get media coverage,and ive been considering filing a governmental tort,before cps puts a GAG order on me as well!
